Returns Policy

We want returning your Tandae order to be as smooth and simple as possible. You can request a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Need to return an item?

To start a return, please email info@tandae.com with the following details:

Your Order Number
The item(s) you’d like to return
The reason for your return

Once your return has been arranged, we’ll ask you to share the tracking details of your return parcel so we can process it efficiently.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our Customer Care Team within 14 days of delivery and include clear images of the items received.

Please note: if your order was replaced due to non-delivery, the replacement cannot be returned.

My Item is Faulty?

If you believe your item is faulty, please email our team at info@tandae.com so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Please note, Tandae can only support faulty product claims within 6 months of receiving your goods. Any claims made after this timeframe will not be covered under these terms and conditions.

Refunds

Once we’ve received your returned parcel, and after allowing for additional health and safety measures in our warehouse, our team will confirm receipt and notify you when your refund or exchange has been processed.

Please allow 10–14 working days for your return to be reviewed and processed. All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund postal costs for returning items or the original delivery charges, unless your order was incorrect, faulty, damaged, or not as described.

We’re also unable to refund any taxes, customs, or duties that may have been charged at the time of delivery.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Where promotions have been applied, discounts will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will only be refunded the amount paid. If your order contained a free promotional gift, the gift must be included with the return of any related items.
